We Plan to be Your

Real Estate Adviser for Life.

My Story

Real Estate is a

wealth creator

There are many ways to make money investing in real estate.  You can profit from cash flow, appreciation, loan pay down, tax benefits and usually from all four at the same time.

  • Buying

  • Selling

  • Managing

I’ve loved real estate since I was a child. I can remember sitting in my college classes projecting out cash flow properties with little regard to the lesson being taught that day. It was then and still is all I think about outside of my family. I gave up golf, basketball and softball years ago. Real estate is my hobby. My passion. Some may say I'm to passionate about it.

After college, I moved home to start looking for a career. I quickly realized I didn't want to live in my moms' garage anymore. I knew I needed to move out and soon. I started a Union job working on the highways during the day and I took a night job at a liquor store. I needed to save and move out. During my free time, I obsessively analyzed deals and studied neighborhoods. I was looking for an area that would continue to appreciate faster than elsewhere, have great schools and be a great place to live. I had officially become a real estate investor without realizing it. After projecting out different properties I quickly realized I needed to live cheap so I can buy more property. I didn't want a huge house payment holding me back so I bought a duplex. I lived in one side and rented out the other. My first house payment was going to be $88 a month.

Then something unexpected happened while sitting at the closing table that completely changed my life. As my lender got up to use the restroom the closer with the title company leaned over and whispered, "you know the lender is ripping you off, right?" What? You have my full attention. She quickly showed me all the junk fees and that the second was a interest only loan. Ouch! These practices would later be termed predatory lending and ultimately a cause of the great recession. This was an unexpected turn of events to say the least. When the lender returned from the restroom I didn't know exactly what to say. So I did what any 24 year old living in his moms garage would do, I closed. As I closed, I let the lender know I aware she was taken advantage of me. I told her at that closing table I planned to get my real estate license so that I was more educated with my next purchase and so I could warn others of her crooked ways. I signed up for real estate school that evening. Three weeks later I passed my test and started my career. It's been an incredible ride. Who knew getting ripped off would be the start of something bigger than myself. I should send that lender a thank you card; she changed my life.

Today, my role is to help you become a real estate investor or if you are already one, help you become more successful. We provide the expertise and guidance you need to make each transaction as smooth and as stress free as possible so that you can create wealth.
